4th of July is upon us! I am in the final stages of getting everything ready and coordinating with businesses on final details. We have a series of live music lined up, activities, bounce houses, a parade, a flyover from Ellsworth, and fireworks should be a go thanks to all this rain we have been having! 3pm-10pm Pub Crawl: All through Lead – Details/Stops TBD
3pm Volleyball Tournament:. Handley Center fundraiser @ the sand volleyball courts @ Manuel Brothers Park – Register handleycenter.org
6:30pm Poker Tournament: Manuel Brothers Park Tent/Pavilion. Handley Center will have a beer tent as well. Contact Gloria @ (605) 591-9755 to register.
MONDAY 7/4
7am – Pancake Breakfast @ Rod & Gun Club
9am-5pm Black Hills Mining Museum, Guided Tours of the Simulated Underground Mining Exhibit from 9-4pm, ticketed
9am – 5pm Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center, Trolley Tours & Free Museum
9am – Firecracker 5k, hosted by Explore Fitness & Adventures – more info here
9am – Horseshoe Tournament, hosted by Northern Hills Recreation Association @ Manuel Brothers Park

3:00pm – Parade starts from the Parade Grounds and goes up Main Street in Deadwood. Continues up Main Street, joins 14A, goes through Central City, joins 14a, relines up behind Lead-Deadwood High school.
4pm-end – Patio & Parade Watching Party, FREE! @ Homestake Opera House front patio
4:30pm (approx) Parade down Lead Main Street
6pm – FREE Community Dinner @ Manuel Brothers Park – Sponsored by Tyssen Mining
6pm-8pm – LIVE MUSIC: Tye Dye Volcano @ Manuel Brothers Park
7pm – VIP FIREWORKS VIEWING PARTY on the Patio @ Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center, featuring musical entertainment, heavy appetizers and free drinks. Tickets are live via Eventbrite, click here! Joint fundraiser for the LACC and SURF Foundation.
