Have you heard about the Lead Magazine? If you haven’t then you are missing out! It is this wonderful piece of informative literature, whether you live in or visiting Lead, it has the information you need for our mountain paradise. Last year we distributed 10,000 copies across the state of South Dakota. This year we will be making and putting out there 15,000 copies! That is a 50% increase thus meaning information about our town is in that many more hands. Last week we talked about great things happening in 2020 and this magazine is one thing that will impact Lead and maybe…. .we can reach 1.5 million in sales tax for 2020…gasp!
We are currently looking for businesses and organizations that would like to be part of the magazine and take out ad space. We have the option for a 2-page spread, 1 page, 1/2 page, 1/4 page, and 1/8 page. The deadline is Friday February 14th at 5pm, so get your ads in now!

Here’s what happening in Lead this week!
Friday, 1/17
5:30pm – Family Skate Night at the Handley Recreation Center. $5 includes entry and rental.
7pm – Trivia at Lewie’s! Trivia starts! Each week is a new game and a ton of fun. In the back room, full menu available.
Saturday, 1/18
10am-3pm – Come see the new “Winter Collection” by Plunder Bling. They will be set up at the Dakota Spur Hotel.
Monday, 1/20
5pm – Lead City Commission Meeting
Wednesday, 1/22
6-8pm – El Jefe’s First Dinner Club of the new decade is ready to roll.
A delicious 6 course meal will feature a Mexican-Italian Fusion. Come be pampered by the staff at El Jefe’s and experience an original Chef Tom creation.
