Good Morning!
Recently I was talking with my husband, who’s in the military, and he told me about a motto the army has, “Do Something.” He explained that in their training they are told, “Make a decision! Even a bad decision is better than no decision.” In times as overwhelming and difficult to plan as these, this is timely. I’ve been trying to remember that this week especially. I feel (like all of us) like I constantly have too much to do and not enough time to do it.
There are times in Lead (and as any business owner) that the amount of growth and consistency is just so overwhelming. It can be difficult to hear all the criticism, nay-sayers and complainers. But just do something. Move forward, keep going. None of us know what the future holds (which we said all the time before, but now actually has some real grit) but we have to keep going. Keep taking those small steps towards improvements, toward starting and maintaining your businesses! Lead is improving, people are watching and we are doing a thing!
Thank you to everyone who supports our efforts here in Lead, either with your Chamber Membership, reading these emails, spending time and money in Lead or just cheering us on along our journey! Your support means so much to me!
